Surgeon Comment: Significant asymmetry is seen preoperatively. The right breast a cup size smaller than the left. The breasts are also slighly pointier in shape. Round implants were chosen of two different sizes in order to gain symmetry. The right inframammary fold (IMF) was lowered to increase the volume of the breast. Scoring was performed to achieve a more rounded appearance to the breasts. She is seen here with an early result.
Surgeon Comment: Symmetrical A cup female who desired C cup breasts. She is a great candidate for shaped | anatomic | form stable | "gummy bear" implants. These implants were 375 medium height moderate plus profile implants placed under the muscle. This provides good upper pole fullness and shape to a breast with minimal shape to begin with. She is seen here in long term follow up.
