Am I candidate for Female Breast Reduction? Postoperative Recovery: Breast Reduction usually involves a vertical incision or a inverted T or anchor like incision pattern (Wise Pattern). These incisions must be taken care of. Activity is generally limited in the area for few weeks. The incisions will have bandages (dressings) on them which should remain on.
